What our homeowners say.

After going to over 10 ID firms due to several strict requirements for my house reno, I considered myself fortunate that Joseph Tan was my assigned ID from Dots 'N' Tots. From the first meeting, Joseph came out as a clear choice among other IDs. I liked that Joseph was able to identify issues immediately from my rough sketch and offered potential solutions with their pros and cons for me to decide. I liked that better ideas came out every time we had discussions. I liked that we were able to reach the envisioned design within budget. I liked that Dots 'N' Tots' quotation was concise with proper breakdowns. If I didn't understand anything on the quotation, Joseph would explain on a very transparent level. For an overhaul of a 4-room resale unit from the 90's, everything got completed within a span of 10 weeks. Works included hacking, masonry, plumbing, electrical, glassworks, carpentry and painting. Throughout the reno period, Joseph was prompt in replying to my enquiries while my own work kept me busy. I was highly impressed with carpentry workmanship. Little details here and there by carpenter made the cabinets better than I expected. There were a couple of minor defects at the end but Joseph got all of them rectified with the week. Overall, the entire renovation journey was smooth and I attributed that to Joseph's experience and workmanship of his contractors. Thank you, Joseph and Dots 'N' Tots, for the job well done!

Thank you Alson for the great service provided. My wife and I briefly told him what style and designs we are looking at and he is able to make a few rough designs on the spot for us to pick. He even went to the extend to introduce us a few places where we can purchase our home appliances to save us some cost! As we were rushing to move in, he also managed to rush out quality work within the timeframe given. All in all a very well prepared, professional and knowledgeable designer. We are extremely happy with his service! Thank you Alson!

We went to 12 renovation companies and eventually engaged Janice(Trade Hub) as our ID. For the past few years, we have taken male IDs but this time round decided to try for a female ID. Based on experience, there will always be reno hiccups …

We engaged Janice's help for our house renovation. She was prompt and clear when communicating with us on our house needs and lifestyle. She was transparent with the costs and the time line she had planned for us and also understood we had a budget and did her best to suit it. Her renovation schedule was well thought and everything went smoothly without any hiccups. We also gained a lot of knowledge from her experiences and all her advice made it easier for us in decision-making. Thank you Janice for making our ideal home a reality!

I have engaged Jun after receiving his proposal on my house's renovation. He understood what I wanted in the renovation and added more of his very creative ideas to make my home even nicer. The workmanship of his supplier were pretty good as well and they settled the defects pretty quickly

I found Jun from Dots & Tots through online. I loved his design through his portfolio which was very unique and nice. He was very responsive when i consulted him and i was impress on the way he design the house for my boss. Throughout the renovation he will update us on the progress and make sure everything is what we confirmed. Thank you Jun for making my boss dream home.

I wanted to have a study table with cabinets installed in my living room. My ID is Mr Jason Quek and he did a beautiful design for the study table and cabinet. I appreciate his advice and honesty as I did not know much about renovation. Thanks once again, Jason :)

If you are looking for an ID who keeps you at ease, is very responsive, supportive and comes with experience, knowledge and patience please approach KEITH !!!! My husband and I walked into the journey of our home renovation quite anxious and worried bcz we were a rookie (as this was our first house) and we heard ID horror stories around. We are so lucky we found Keith! Our entire duration of renovation, my husband and I were stress free and very much at ease because Keith handled the project so diligently and had professionalism all over him. And this gave us more time to focus on big ticket items for the house instead of constantly being worried about our renovation. Being a rookie we had thousands of questions, doubts, clarifications and Keith was so patient in helping us understand the concept or whatever we needed to know. He gives his 100% to all his projects and this was evident from the outcome of our reno. He shared his ideas/recommendations with us of the interior designs, colour schemes when we were overwhelmed with choices or did not know much about materials. He has a good form of communication with his contractors because what we discuss in our meetups and 3D drawings is what was delivered in our Reno. Keith walked with us throughout our home Reno journey and we are go glad to have Keith as our ID. Wouldn't think twice to book Keith form our future home Renos. Highly recommending Keith :)
