I have been searching for a suitable ID for 4 months and have come across countless IDs. Unfortunately, I was not able to click with any of the IDs that I met. I decided to have a meet up with them at their firm. After chatting with them I was rather impressed. We engaged Dots 'N' Tots for the renovation of our new home. It is an understatement to say that our ID, Kelvin, performed exceedingly well in accommodating to our requirements; a very tight timeline and multiple changes throughout the course of renovation which weathered lockdowns from the governments of Singapore and Malaysia. Kelvin remained constantly patient and stellar in his customer service with us. He gave us concise and timely advice when we were bewildered about certain aspects while also allowing us time to decide without being overbearing. That being said, after requesting quotes from multiple ID companies, we found Dots 'N' Tots to be the ones who quoted us fairly without overcharging. It has been some time since my renovation has completed yet Kelvin remains on hand when we need anything. I am more than happy to recommend Dots 'N' Tots to all my friends and family members as I would say my wife and I are satisfied customers. Well done, Kelvin. I have engaged Jun after receiving his proposal on my house's renovation. He understood what I wanted in the renovation and added more of his very creative ideas to make my home even nicer. The workmanship of his supplier were pretty good as well and they settled the defects pretty quickly

Highly recommended ID firm! I was fortunate that Jun was assigned to be my ID. Honestly, I had a few lower quotes by other ID firms but Jun's sincerity and personality eventually swayed my decision to engage them and I was glad I did. He also went the extra miles on things that weren’t part of his job scope were done properly too. He was firm and handled well on his team of contractors and ensure they did their jobs professional and nicely

We were thinking to remove our existing trees in week and to put in new plants outside of our place. Jun from Dots N Tots gotten back to us. Due to heavy rain we needed them to remove the trees urgently as they were leaning a lot and may block the path outside our bungalow. We requested Jun for urgent help and he sent someone over within a few hours! Such a relief! He provided good and professional advice based on our needs for the patch of empty patch after the tree were removed. Everything was done professionally & his workers were simply wonderful. Our dogs love it the most in our new beautiful garden. Was much better than expected They took no hesitation to address or assuage our concerns. Renovation/landscaping can be a very daunting journey and it’s such a pleasure to work with companies who are honest & trustworthy

We engaged Jason Quek from Dots 'N' Tots as our ID for renovation and really pleased with his dedication, efficiency and professionalism. He made the whole renovation process like a breeze for us and is really patient to go through many layout/reno ideas with us. Janice from Dots N Tots was my ID when I did my HDB reno. She is a very responsible & on-the-ball person, who provides excellent solutions & response to any issues & questions regarding the Reno. She regularly visits on-site during the Reno, & provides regular updates on issues & is upfront about additional costs during the reno.
