What our homeowners say.

Keith was recommended to me by a friend. It was a last min job with a short time line, which he managed to complete in time. Keith is responsive with text and calls, and is patient in explaining small details to me. As with all renovation processes, there were some miscommunication errors, but Keith was always available and quick to rectify. He listens to all of my ideas and did his best to accommodate to all my requests. Thanks Keith, will definitely work with you again.

Great Interior shop with experience ID.

We engaged Dots 'N' Tots for the renovation of our new home. It is an understatement to say that our ID, Kelvin, performed exceedingly well in accommodating to our requirements; a very tight timeline and multiple changes throughout the course of renovation which weathered lockdowns from the governments of Singapore and Malaysia. Kelvin remained constantly patient and stellar in his customer service with us. He gave us concise and timely advice when we were bewildered about certain aspects while also allowing us time to decide without being overbearing. That being said, after requesting quotes from multiple ID companies, we found Dots 'N' Tots to be the ones who quoted us fairly without overcharging. It has been some time since my renovation has completed yet Kelvin remains on hand when we need anything. I am more than happy to recommend Dots 'N' Tots to all my friends and family members as I would say my wife and I are satisfied customers. Well done, Kelvin. We truly hope to work with you again in the future!

We went to dots n tots office after browsing them from internet and we met Joseph. Joseph is very knowledgeable, patience and helped us estimate the cost for renovation. During renovation time he is very responsive, able to advise us, and the estimation timeline met with our expectation. I knew the moment we talked with him for the first time, we felt comfortable and have confidence working with them (this is very important, as we met few other IDs and we don’t feel the connection). I would recommend dots n tots and Joseph for the best renovation.

Finally moved into my new place last week! Janice did a great job; if not because she came in to rescue our project, we would not have been able to move in a timely manner. She's very patient and professional with us, and easy to work with. She comes up with viable solutions to the various problems along the way, and looked into many details of the project to make sure things went smoothly. Thanks Janice! You are really a God-send!

Really appreciative of Tommy’s prompt action in sending Senior Designer Keith Lio to take over my renovation project. It has been a breeze since Keith has taken over. The level of Keith’s professionalism, commitment and customer service is definitely commendable. Project timeline was adhered even though the design took some time to finalize. The progress of the renovation was constantly updated by Keith proactively even though I did not ask for the status. Colours and design proposed and materialized by Keith was what I have imagined my house to be. Kudos to Keith for the effort put in to see thru my house renovation. Thumbs up !

For anyone out there who needs a honest and professional designer, we wish to recommend Jason Quek to you. Finding a reliable renovation contractor is always difficult but we were lucky enough to find Dots N Tots. Although the process took longer then anticipated due to the Covid situation, we managed to overcome the journey together through open and transparent communication.

Very pleased with Dots ‘N’ Tots especially my ID - Ryan for renovating my first house... giving their professional advice and option! Despite the Covid-19 period, they still managed to complete my house with a reasonable time! My wife and myself are very happy with our new house! Well Done!

My family is pleased with Dots 'N' Tots' ID - Keith for renovating our new place. He was very accommodating to our needs and provides us with professional advice. We felt a sense of assurance for him to work on this project. The renovation process was smooth and well communicated. The timeline was met and he updated us on the progress along the way. Keith did a great job and we are very pleased with the service. Thank you Keith!
