Big thumbs up to Wayne and his mentor, Jason. They took over before CNY 2022 and completed the renovation before end Feb 22 as per request. Great advice along the way and stay very committed to the project. No major surprises and helpful through out renovation period. Constant update is provided and even advise on money saving areas. Way to go, Wayne n keep up your good attitude and make full use of Jason to learn as much as he teaches.

We engaged Jason Quek from Dots 'N' Tots as our ID for renovation and really pleased with his dedication, efficiency and professionalism. He made the whole renovation process like a breeze for us and is really patient to go through many layout/reno ideas with us. Another important point is that he will try his best to keep the cost to our budget. Their carpentry work is also good. Highly recommend him to everyone!

We met Keith from Dots 'N' Tots at an ID open house to help with our maisonette renovation. Keith immediately struck us as a decent, honest and upfront person. Not pushy. Ironically, we took to him because he was not trying to impress us; instead he listened for what we envisioned and gave us a realistic expectation of what he could best do with the budget we had. One of Keith's best qualities is that he is very punctual with his replies. Even if he did not have the answer/ solution yet, he would always respond to our messages immediately, assuring us that he is on it and will get back to us. This may seem like a small thing, but it means a lot to us as customers knowing that we are his priority. Keith was also extremely patient with us throughout the whole process - when we could not make our minds up at times about certain designs, or making corrections to certain works that occasionally were not done to our expectation; he would always allow room for discussion. And for that we truly appreciate him. Another positive trait of Keith's was that he is able to communicate closely with his labour staff (sub-contractors), which is important for an ID in our opinion. This ensures that he not only understands our design goals, but he is able to convey it effectively to his people and provide the best outcome for his customers. In summary, Keith from Dots 'N' Tots provides quality work with quality experience - achieving all this within a decent time frame for the works required, during a challenging COVID period. And despite all the stress we know he endures, he never once let it affect his workings with us. This is professionalism. would like to write a review for Ryan even though I didn't proceed with him! I think Ryan is a very sincere ID, who is very cautious with his proposals. He truly listens to what we wants, considers if what we want is feasible, and explains to us how he will build certain areas in our home. Even though I did not proceed with him, it does not mean at all he is poor at doing what he is doing! it is due purely to personal preferences. but definitely, if you are renovating your home, do head to dots and tots and look for Ryan for his quote and inputs.
