What our homeowners say.

Highly recommended ID firm! I was fortunate that Jun was assigned to be my ID. Honestly, I had a few lower quotes by other ID firms but Jun's sincerity and personality eventually swayed my decision to engage them and I was glad I did. He also went the extra miles on things that weren’t part of his job scope were done properly too. He was firm and handled well on his team of contractors and ensure they did their jobs professional and nicely

It was lucky for us to meet and work with Jason Quek. He is able to design for us a home that suits our interest and work within budget. He will advice what is needed. The quality given by dots n tots are also very good. Definitely something my husband and I are happy about

Sought out various interior designers for our (me & my wife) new BTO. It was our first time trying out interior designers and Elvis impressed us with his ernesty, honesty and quick responses and this is why we chose Dots "N' Tots over other designers. During the project commencement, Elvis was also communicative and helpful. He didn't mind making extra trips or effort to make sure our needs were met. Overall, very good! Thank you Elvis and Dots 'N' Tots.

Big thanks to Keith. Keith is very professional and given his year of experience , he has provided valuable tips and suggestion on how we could make our home better. Keith is always contactable at any point of time and his response was quick enough . Although there is some hiccup at the midst of the reno , Keith able to provide solution immediately. Most importantly, our home was handed to us on time and with really good craftsmanship. Highly recommend Keith from Dots n Tots!!!

Engaged Victoria from Dots N Tots for our restaurant for revamp work, i am so glad that we made the right choice with her. She is very responsive and gave a lot of valuable advise before and after the job complication. The work schedule and worker arrangement is perfect as we need to settle everything in 2 weeks time during the short closure for CNY break. Victoria manage to help to settle some existing issue in the restaurant too! Will definitely recommend Victoria to anyone who needed an ID in the future.

Keith Lio was my ID in charge of renovating my kitchen roofing, kitchen floors and cabinets , 2 bathrooms, ceiling overhaul for level 2 and outdoor utility area, electrical rewiring, installation of new lighting ( 2- storey inter terrace house). He has good follow up and made many trips to site to ensure the various stages of works were co- ordinated correctly and in time. He has great management of schedule and is always flexible to suit my schedule as well. When we encountered obstacles, he is always there to suggest alternatives. I never had to feel anxious about the whole project because he has the sense of responsibility to ensure things are done to my satisfaction. The whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable to say the least. Any disagreements were totally dissipated after his explanations and reasonings. He has a good eye for colours as well so when I had difficulties planning wall paint colour scheme, Keith gladly took over the catalogue and selected colours to blend with the overall theme of the house. Keith is mindful of my tight budget and is always there to keep me in check. And for that I’m very grateful. Both Keith and his boss Tommy have been very professional and warm throughout and I will definitely use their services again.

I've done my research before committing to Keith as he was very patient and responsive throughout the initial process. Happy with my decision as it is not easy to find a responsible ID these days and Keith helped ensure that my renovation process went smoothly, according to the timeline that I requested. Quality of work was also great considering my budget. Would highly recommend.

I was served by Joseph Tan, Senior Designer. I am very impressed with his work. He is very professional and is someone who would go the extra mile for you. He is transparent, laying out all the works and costs that was required of my resale house. He recommended colours that matched what I desired, along with what he felt would be a good fit to the theme. He was quick to flag out any issues throughout the renovation period and recommended solutions. He would also help with preventative measures to ensure we've built a home that we will be comfortable in for a very long time. I am truly satisfied with the outcome of my house. I will definitely recommend Joseph from Dots 'n' Tots!

We were thinking to remove our existing trees in week and to put in new plants outside of our place. Jun from Dots N Tots gotten back to us. Due to heavy rain we needed them to remove the trees urgently as they were leaning a lot and may block the path outside our bungalow. We requested Jun for urgent help and he sent someone over within a few hours! Such a relief! He provided good and professional advice based on our needs for the patch of empty patch after the tree were removed. Everything was done professionally & his workers were simply wonderful. Our dogs love it the most in our new beautiful garden. Was much better than expected They took no hesitation to address or assuage our concerns. Renovation/landscaping can be a very daunting journey and it’s such a pleasure to work with companies who are honest & trustworthy
