What our homeowners say.

We just finished our renovation done by Alson from Dots N Tots. Alson paid attention to our needs and our request. Prioritising our needs and incorporating it into the design. Alson is a very responsible ID. The workmanship of the items turned out to be very good and the house was just like the rendering. We had some special request and designs that he tried to incorporate and worked out the best way to do it. Thank you alson for designing and managing the project giving us a beautiful home.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Jun and Nathalie for their unwavering reliability and continuous availability throughout my house renovation. Despite frequent changes in project scope on my part, they consistently demonstrated professionalism and commitment, ensuring that the project was completed on schedule. Their dedication to excellence and the quality of work delivered have left me thoroughly impressed. I highly recommend Jun and Nat for their excellent job well done, making the entire renovation process a positive and successful experience for me and my family.

Elvis is very meticulous about the renovation progress and gave constant updates, which eases my mind. He also gave good suggestions for the renovation which was not thought of before. Very happy with the service provided

My ID was Mr. Tommy Tan and he was a great ID. He was practical with his recommendations and always willing to listen to my needs 1st. Also very responsive when I needed his assistance.

It has been our pleasure to work with Raymond Yee from Dots N Tots. We have just completed paint touch up for our 5-room BTO at Bidadari. Prior to our meeting with Raymond, we consulted several IDs, however none of them could match up. In retrospect, going with Raymond was probably one of the best decisions we made for our home. Throughout the renovation process, Raymond was professional, accountable, and trustworthy. He kept us in the loop through every step of the process and was extremely patient in understanding our design and budget considerations. He managed to achieve exactly what we wanted, at a very reasonable cost. He is also very experienced and ably comes up with creative solutions for the various issues that resulted from the our unit floorplan and our own desired designs. Raymond is also very responsive, and replies very quickly to the messages we send, patiently answering all our questions (even those that we have asked before). He is also not afraid to get his hands dirty and whenever he is over at our house, will never fail to take a close look at something that we mention in passing, even fixing it himself. We would definitely recommend Raymond to family and friends with confidence, and we are very grateful to him for our lovely home!

Jun from Dots N Tots transformed our empty into a beautiful dream home & my family & I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They possesses a high level of professionalism and a remarkable talent for aesthetics. They exclusively collaborates with trustworthy suppliers ensuring the entire process to be smooth consistently. Their very detailed consideration of my needs has made my home not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable and practical at the same time

Amazing work on the architecture, patient and understanding. Thank you so much Ryan!

We are truly delighted to have worked with Victoria. The idea was to create a space-saving home with multifunctional furniture while giving the whole room a beautiful edge. From our bedrooms, kitchen, living room, balcony & toilets. We were very impressed with Victoria's level of professionalism, attention to detail, additional storage ideas, and selection of materials to help be onsite with the contractors. She was able to bring our idea into reality example like the curved wall/countertop, as this gives a softer approach and elevates calmness. Victoria & her team were able to complete the project before the deadline. We wish you the greatest success in Dots N Tots. Thank you so much!!

Having gone through nearly 10 ID firms, Joseph from Dots N Tots was a clear choice from the start. At the first meeting, he was able to advise us pros and cons of our suggested designs of our 4rm BTO and alternative solutions to those cons. He had a portfolio of photos of his previous projects which allowed us to have a clear understanding of what he is trying to explain. Throughout the renovation journey, he was very prompt in responding to queries and always keeps us updated on the work progress. Defect rectification at the end was a smooth one as they were handled almost instantly within the same week. He definitely made this renovation journey a smooth one. Thank you Joseph and Dot N Tots for this wonderful home.
