What our homeowners say.

Smooth renovation journey By LAVOY “Lavoy totally nailed it with the space! It looks amazing—so stylish and cosy, and just really great taste all around. From our very first meeting, we were super impressed—he already had a detailed 3D plan ready for us, which showed how much thought and effort you’d put in right from the start. Not like other interior designers who just throw over a quotation without really taking the time to understand what we need. Lavoy gave us a clear pipeline of the whole process, which made everything so easy to follow—and the best part? He actually finished all the renovation work even earlier than we expected! I’ve also really appreciated how on top of everything you’ve been, and it’s clear you actually listened to what we were looking for. The whole design feels super personal and exactly what we had in mind. Seriously awesome job—thank you!”

I am glad that Lavoy was my ID. He is very professional, knowledgeable and practical. This is my first home renovation and I have no idea where to start and he guided me along every step of the way. His assurance made the whole Reno journey less stressful with minimal hiccups. The project was succesfully handed over in about 8 to 9 weeks time despite me adding an oven, changing the paint colours a few times, back and forth. I really like how Lavoy brought my ideas to life and designed a home that I really love - minimalist Scandinavian theme, warm and cozy :) I highly recommend Lavoy to anyone who is looking for a professional, conscientious, practical and knowledgeable ID. 10/10

Engaging Alex to renovate our maisonette was easily one of the best decisions we made. He impressed us right from the start with his professionalism, strong design sense, and practical advice that truly suited our lifestyle. Alex is very knowledgeable and gave us confidence in every decision — from layout to materials. Despite a tight timeline with public holidays, he kept the project running smoothly and on schedule. He responded to our messages quickly and always kept us updated, which made the whole process stress-free. He also has a great relationship with his workmen, and it shows — the workmanship was solid, clean, and done with care. No request was too small, and every detail was handled with patience and professionalism. On top of all that, Alex is genuinely funny and cheerful. His positive energy made meetings enjoyable and the whole reno experience a lot more pleasant than we expected. This isn’t a paid review — just honest feedback from a very happy homeowner. If you want a designer who’s reliable, responsive, and a joy to work with, we highly recommend Alex.

Janice from Dots N Tots was my ID when I did my HDB reno. She is a very responsible & on-the-ball person, who provides excellent solutions & response to any issues & questions regarding the Reno. She regularly visits on-site during the Reno, & provides regular updates on issues & is upfront about additional costs during the reno. She also offered great help even a few months after the reno was completed. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a ID who will offer you a peace of mind.

Alson from Dots 'N' Tots has been helpful every step of the way. From designing to problem solving and even coming up with excellent solutions for certain issues, he has been a wonderful professional. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a sincere ID, Janice is the one (at least for me). She’s kind, soft spoken, listens and tries best to accommodate to my requirements and is there to reply to my queries anytime. I love how my house has transformed so much with Janice’s help and expertise! After service is also good. She ensures that even after you’ve moved in, what needs to be done to make the house as “new” as possible will be done! Her team matches her personality and character too! They are nice, kind, friendly, etc. I would recommend Janice from Dots N Tots! Thanks Janice!! Really like your sincere and friendly touch!

We engaged Janice to help renovate our new BTO home, and from our very first appointment, we knew she was the perfect interior designer for us. She was incredibly thorough in explaining what was required for the renovation and made sure to highlight important details we hadn’t even considered. Her attention to detail and constant updates throughout the project really set her apart. One of the standout features of our renovation was Janice’s recommendation of using Dots and Tots' low formaldehyde Eco plywood, which gave us peace of mind knowing that we were using safe, environmentally-friendly materials in our home. Now that we’ve been living in our home for a month, we couldn’t be happier with the design Janice helped us create.

We engaged Elvis to transform our home into a Japandi-inspired sanctuary, and the results exceeded our expectations. He listened to our needs, offered thoughtful advice, and flawlessly combined Japanese minimalism with Scandinavian warmth to create a cosy, elegant space. Elvis was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure the design was both functional and beautiful. Touch-ups were done promptly, and even our visitors praise the harmonious atmosphere. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Elvis for his expertise and creativity!

Recently had the pleasure of engaging with Joseph from Dots 'n' Tots on the renovation for my BTO and was very satisfied with the results. From the very first consultation, Joseph took the time to listen to my ideas while also offering valuable advice that delivered the final look of the house. What stood out most was their attention to detail, from the carpentry to the electrical works/lighting all the works were done with precision, without any need for reworks. Communication was passed down accurately, with my request handled on time. The project was completed on time, on budget with clear progress updates during the renovation period. I highly recommend Joseph for the job well done, making it a smooth journey.
