Light-Filled Home | Modern Japandi Maisonette
Soft neutrals, warm wood tones and gentle curves give this maisonette a welcoming feel. A glass roof in the balcony brings daylight into the dining area, while warm LED lighting beneath the staircase treads creates a striking feature linking both levels.
The enlarged kitchen includes separate wet and dry zones, a generous island for preparation and casual dining, and dedicated pantry and appliance storage. Full-height cabinetry and under-stair compartments provide additional storage throughout the home.
On the second floor, we installed a switchable smart glass in the study, which offers openness when transparent and privacy when frosted - great for adapting the space for work and meetings.
